 Full of carotin and fiber, which is beneficial to one's health, this sweet jellied snack is made from sweet potatoes grown in Sanjo. The natural sweetness of the sweet potatoes adds a wonderful bouquet, to this Shitada "Koshino kurenai" sweet potato yo-kan.

 Made from organically grown sweet potatoes farmed in Sanjo, this ice cream makes the most of the natural sweetness of the potato, and yet still provides a refreshing aftertaste. Why not give this a try?

 While tree thinning bamboo forests, locals began to wonder if they could use the excess bamboo as a local product. Though trial and error, the Shirasagi bamboo vinegar and bamboo coal was born.

Special qualities of bamboo coal:

• Contains over twice the amount of natural minerals compared to normal coal
• Will cleanse the air
• Will purify water, and delay decomposition
• Has great deodorizing properties
• Has toxic substance adsorbing properties
• Has humidity retention properties

 From the foot of Mt. Sumon-dake, through immemorial time and by way of layers of rock, this natural source of spring is packaged as is. This spring is also one of the source for the greenery which surrounds Sanjo, and the smooth mellow flavor is directly captured.
