Kawasemi Canoe & Water Park
The "Kawasemi" facility is a haven for canoeists, outdoor enthusiasts, and for people who wish to simply play by the riverside or have a barbecue. The building has the appearance of a log house, and also embraces a good visual balance with its natural surroundings. Canoeing is not the only activity this facility caters towards, for there is also a camping school, and the facility to hold outdoor experience seminars.
If you wish to use this facility, please contact the number provided below to make a reservation. After a booking is made, please pick up the "General Facility Rental Application Form" which is available at the entrance to the Kawasemi facility. Please fill out the necessary portions, keep the 2nd page, and insert the appropriate fee which is listed on the usage fee chart into the fee box.
Warning:Canoeing down a stream is very difficult and dangerous. There are free canoe rentals at this facility, but if you are a beginner and there are no instructors around, then unfortunately canoes will not be available for use.
