Mt. Banya-zan (933.2m)

Last Update:2008/4/1

Cross the Tarui Bridge which spans over the Sumon river. Once you pass the trail leading to Hachijyuri-Pass on the right, and in about 30mins time, you will approach Maoiga-ike Pond. Continue on, keeping the pond on your right-hand side and before long you will be climbing Mt. Banya-zan. The summit offers a wonderful panoramic view of the powerful north face of Mt. Sumon-dake.
